Upholstered Furniture

Our upholstery workshop at the Thu Duc factory has produced sofas, armchairs, stools, benches and upholstered headboards since 2020. It runs alongside our casegoods lines, so a headboard and its bed frame, or a sofa and its side tables, can be built and shipped together.

What we make

• Sofas and loveseats
• Armchairs, lounge chairs and stools
• Benches and bed-end benches
• Upholstered headboards and headboard panels

How we build it

• Frames in laminated plywood or solid wood
• High-density foams selected for contract and retail use
• Fabric spreading, pattern cutting and an in-house sewing room
• Upholstering on dedicated lines, checked before packing
